Present at the meetings were figures of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party, Kyrgyzstan Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, Communist Workers' Party of Belarus, Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, National Social Association "For Democracy, Social Progress and Justice", Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea, Public Center for Diplomatic and Cultural Exchange of China, Jindalle Children's Foundation and the Arab Information Center in China and masses.

The chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party who doubles as chief of the Kyrgyzstan Group for the Study of the Juche Idea praised Kim Il Sung as the great leader of not only the Korean people but also the world people.

The chairman of the Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea lauded Kim Il Sung as the benevolent father of the people who built a socialist country centered on the popular masses for the first time in Korea, regarding it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven.

The executive chairman of the Public Center for Diplomatic and Cultural Exchange of China said that Kim Il Sung led the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle in his early years and unsparingly supported the Chinese people in their war for liberating Northeast China in the latter half of the 1940s.

The chairman of the Arab Information Center in China stressed that Kim Il Sung is the prominent leader and the founding father of socialist Korea who devoted his all to the country's liberation and the cause of building the country, adding that the Korean people glorified the 20th century with victories and glory under his leadership.

A congratulatory message and letter to supreme leader Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings held in Kyrgyzstan and China.
