The construction does not simply mean formation of a street but would mark a political occasion of displaying the spirit of the DPRK dynamically advancing toward the world despite the U.S. imperialists and their followers' sanctions and pressure, the spirit of the DPRK working hard to translate its people's supreme ideal into reality.

The new street for people will be built in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un at a time when the cities of the U.S. and the West have turned into scenes of corruption and cities ridden with terror due to violence, products of the authorities' incompetence and indifference.

The declaration of the construction of Ryomyong Street amounts to a bold measure of slapping daydreamers and reptile buglers of the U.S. and the West on their faces as they spread the fiction of "collapse of north Korea".

The DPRK where the leader, party and masses are single-mindedly united will never collapse.

The Korean people will complete the street within this year to demonstrate to the whole world the might of the DPRK advancing by dint of self-development and self-reliance while frustrating desperate moves of the U.S. imperialists and Park Geun Hye group of south Korea.
