"Collection of Kim Il Sung's Anecdotes" Vol. 10 Published

Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- "Collection of Kim Il Sung's Anecdotes" Vol. 10, a cycle of revolutionary anecdotes, was published in the DPRK. The book has four chapters which deal with the revolutionary anecdotes of President Kim Il Sung in the period of leading the building of a new country from January to September, Juche 37 (1948). Chapter 37 carries anecdotes telling stories that he visited the security officers training centres across the country on the eve of the proclamation of the founding of the regular armed forces in order to let service personnel know about the significance of building the regular armed forces and personally guided the work of producing posters about a military parade and making the colors of the Korean People's Army. The book relates stories that he went to the Kanggye area to learn about the living conditions of people in the remote mountain area and took care of study and life of the children of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School as their real father would do. Chapter 38 carries anecdotes telling stories that he proposed the joint conference of representatives of political parties and public organizations in north and south of Korea to cope with the moves of the U.S. imperialists and their stooges to keep the country divided forever, exerted a lot of efforts for the success of the conference and showed loving care for the patriots from south Korea. Chapter 39 deals with anecdotes about facts that he visited every part of the country to firmly consolidate the democratic base of new Korea and those dealing with loving care shown by him for bolstering up the naval force of the country and his devoted efforts made for modernizing Nampho Port. Chapter 40 carries anecdotes telling about the exploits he performed by working hard to establish a unified government of Korea and found the Republic. |
