Fernando Irigoyen was elected as chairman of the committee.

The chairman referred to the significance of the inauguration of the committee on the meaningful day, the 104th birth anniversary of the President.

He expressed the will of the committee to conduct brisk activities in support of the just cause of the Korean people, saying that the Korean people are fully demonstrating the heroic spirit as the staunchest fighters against imperialism under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.
