Recently the German prosecution heavily fined a German company on charges of corruption, according to the south Korean KBS.

This company was known to have bribed high-ranking officers of the puppet navy of south Korea who were thinking of introducing German submarine.

The German prosecution has so far investigated the case since it was suspicious of corruption five years ago to ascertain it recently.

The high-ranking officers of the puppet forces introduced submarine with critical error in its capability by disguising them as the one of good performance in return for getting bribed by the company in 2008 and 2009.

The submarine is being called the one unable to submerge.
