Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, said this at the inaugural meeting of the American regional preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu held in Lima, Peru on April 13.

He went on say:

The DPRK is not only a politico-ideological power in which the leader, party and masses are firmly united as one but also a worldwide military power and science and technology power.

The U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet forces have accused the DPRK of "threatening" the world with nuclear weapons and ratcheted up the hostile moves against the DPRK with harsh sanctions and pressure.

This is intended to make the DPRK lower the banner of socialism.

The DPRK is a nuclear power with H-bomb and science and technology power which launches satellites with its own efforts and technology.

The U.S. can never frighten nor provoke the DPRK.

We will as ever fully support the just cause of the Korean people advancing under the tested leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
