The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and the art work depicting them before paying tribute to them.

Andre Lohekele Kalonda, chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo and chairman of the DR Congo preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun, praised the President as the peerlessly great man who achieved the historic cause of national liberation and built a socialist country centered on the popular masses in the DPRK under the banner of Juche and Songun in defiance of the aggression and provocation by the U.S. imperialists.

The chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany praised the President as the elder statesman of the world who performed the greatest exploits with his energetic ideo-theoretical activities and superb leading ability.
