This is an intolerable insult and provocation to the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and Koreans in Japan and an unpardonable hostile act against the DPRK.

The Japanese reactionaries are running wild to repeat their past crimes, far from making an apology and reparation to the Koreans in Japan and other Koreans for their brutal massacre of Koreans in the wake of the great Kanto quake in the past. This dangerous act should never be pardoned.

Lurking behind the base red herrings being spread by the Japanese reactionaries against Koreans in the wake of the Kyushu quake is a sinister design to create a terror-ridden atmosphere throughout the Korean community, instill anti-DPRK, anti-Chongryon sentiments into the Japanese people and suppress and stamp out Chongryon and Koreans in Japan.

The service personnel and people of the DPRK are now expressing towering anger at the hideous red herring operation and conspiratorial racket against the DPRK and Chongryon. They are firmly determined to surely force the Japanese reactionaries to pay dearly for their campaign against Koreans.

The Japanese regime should discreetly behave, well aware that its suppression of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan is an unpardonable provocation to the DPRK and a suicidal act of pushing the DPRK-Japan relations to an irretrievable phase.
