The British Sky News TV Broadcasting Service and the VOA said the DPRK opened to public the scene of the ground jet test of a new type high-power engine of inter-continental ballistic rocket, adding that this proves that the DPRK had access to the ICBM with greater jetting power and longer flying distance. So far the DPRK has opened to public one by one that it rounded off the miniaturized nuclear warheads and atmospheric reentry technology and those help understand that it is a nuclear weapons state both in name and reality, they noted.

The Bulgarian Telegraph Agency and the Phoenix Satellite TV Holdings LTD., Hong Kong, China said that the DPRK came to make another sort of nuclear attack on the hostile forces through its great success in the ground jet test of a new type high-power engine of inter-continental ballistic rocket and this means a strong message to the U.S.

Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says that the above-said reports are the correct views on the reality today when the balance of force between the DPRK and the U.S. has undergone a dramatic change.

The commentary goes on:

If the U.S. dares provoke the DPRK in disregard of the reality, it will only meet the catastrophic disaster in which its land may be reduced to debris by the latter's nuclear strike of justice.

There is only the final option for the U.S. which has turned down all the patient proposals of the DPRK for peace. It is the strategic option which is either finally putting an end to its hostile policy toward the DPRK or facing the latter's nuclear strike.

What is clear is that if the U.S. persistently pursues its hostile policy toward the DPRK, the latter is compelled to take the counter measures for self-defence and the U.S. mainland is bound to be exposed to a nuclear disaster and the day of its ruin on our planet is also bound to come earlier.
