Kim Yong Nam Meets Lao Delegation

Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with a delegation of the Lao Federation of Trade Unions headed by President of its Central Committee Pan Noymany who is member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Thursday.

The head of the delegation asked Kim Yong Nam to convey to Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, greetings of Bounnhang Vorachith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

He was pleased with great achievement made by the Korean people in building a thriving socialist nation, he said, expressing the will to make positive contribution to developing the long-standing friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
