KPA's History Is One of Victory: Swiss Organizations

| Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- The Swiss Preparatory Committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea issued a joint statement on April 16 on the occasion of the 84th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Army (KPA). The statement said that President Kim Il Sung founded the Anti-Japanese People's Guerrilla Army on April 25, 1932, made it the revolutionary armed unit in the flames of the anti-Japanese war and developed it to be the regular army after the country's liberation. It went on: The KPA resolutely rejected the brutal invasion by the U.S. imperialists against the young DPRK in the 1950s. The DPRK, not a big country, could defeat the U.S. imperialists who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world thanks to the brilliant military stratagem and commanding art of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung. Marshal Kim Jong Un is developing the KPA into the army of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. The KPA has the power capable of striking even the U.S. mainland. It is the strongest army in the world. If the enemies provoke the DPRK, they will meet the ruin. The history of the KPA is the proud one of victory. |
