| Pyongyang, April 29 (KCNA) -- The Group for the Study of the Songun Policy was inaugurated at Bandundu University of DR Congo on April 15, the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was adopted at the inaugural ceremony. |
