These days there witnessed in Japan hysteric hostile acts against the dignified Chongryon, legitimate organization of overseas citizens of the DPRK, and the Koreans in Japan at the extremely dangerous phase.

Right-wing reactionaries of Japan spread the rumors inciting the anti-Korean sentiments under the patronage of the authorities in relation to the heavy earthquake in Kumamoto, gravely threatening the security of the Koreans in Japan.

The Japanese authorities should immediately discontinue the hostile policy towards the DPRK and anti-Chongryon moves and stop infringing upon the human rights and dignity of the Koreans in Japan.

We support the cause of the government and people of the DPRK to protect the sovereignty and security of the country while vehemently condemning the Japanese reactionaries for resorting to mean and shabby inhuman acts.
