The declaration was inked by Jonaed Shaki, chief coordinator of the People's Solidarity Movement of Bangladesh, Saiful Huq, general secretary of the Revolutionary Workers' Party of Bangladesh, Moshrefa Mishu, general secretary of the Democratic Revolutionary Party of Bangladesh, and Mosharaf Hossain Nanno, general secretary of the United Communist League of Bangladesh, on behalf of their parties on April 24.

The party leaders sincerely hoped for the success of the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, extending their full support to the just cause of the WPK and the Korean people.
