Marwan Sudah, chairman of the Arab Committee for Solidarity with Korean People and Supporting the Reunification of Korea, said that the President was the sun as he indicated the way for humankind to follow, provided a flower garden of love for the people with warmth and embraced all people with great attraction as his august name sounded.

Argentinean writer Jorge Luis Ubertali noted in an article that the President was born as the sun of the Korean revolution in Mangyongdae, led the arduous anti-Japanese war to victory, liberating the country, successfully accomplished the cause of founding the party, army and state and firmly defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country in the three year war ignited by the U.S. imperialists.
