The chairman of the forum was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to give wide publicity to the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un for the building and development of the party and organize colorful political and cultural events including lecture, book and photo exhibition and film show on the occasion of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.
