Production Upswing in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- Many economic units in the DPRK have made a signal progress in production through the ongoing 70-day campaign, which was launched to significantly greet the 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

According to data available, more than 1,640 units across the country hit their production targets as of April 20. Of them, 560-odd units carried out their first half-yearly production quotas and at least 70 units their yearly quotas.
