British Organization Congratulates Seventh Congress of WPK

Pyongyang, May 2 (KCNA) -- The British preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association UK released a joint statement on April 25 to congratulate the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).

The statement said:

It is of great significance for the development of the WPK and the Korean revolution that the WPK Seventh Congress would be held in the period when an epochal change is being made in carrying out the cause of the Juche revolution under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

The WPK Seventh Congress will serve as a historical landmark in hastening a final victory for the cause of the Juche revolution by further strengthening the WPK into the party of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and raising its leadership role.

The Congress will successfully review the immortal exploits performed by the WPK under the leadership of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and set forth a strategic great programme for a great surge in building a thriving nation as required by the era and the developing revolution.

The WPK is a vanguard unit for the socialist cause and revolutionary party advancing under the unfurled banner of Juche and Songun.

The WPK Seventh Congress will become a congress of victors.
