S. Korean Paper Calls for Intensifying Labor Movement

Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People Monday in an editorial called for intensifying the labor movement for protecting vital rights.

Referring to the struggle of workers staged in south Korea on Sunday for vital rights, the editorial said:

It is quite natural for trade unions to turn out in the actions against the authorities' moves for the retrogressive revision of the labor law.

The editorial expected that the Confederation of Trade Unions would turn out in the dynamic struggle against sacrifices of workers and the retrogressive revision of the labor law and for the restructuring of plutocrats full of confidence.
