Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- The Brazilian Committee for Solidarity with the DPRK posted an article titled "Right to preemptive nuclear strike is not monopoly of U.S." on its website on April 26, illustrated with a photo dealing with the Songun leadership feats of Marshal Kim Jong Un. The article said the DPRK solemnly declared that right to preemptive nuclear strike is by no means monopoly of the U.S. It went on: The DPRK neither wants nor fears a war. It set forth the line of simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force and has the strongest nuclear deterrent. This is not aimed to ignite a nuclear war. It is to clear the Korean peninsula of the danger of a nuclear war prevailing on it. The U.S., which made nuclear weapons for the first time in the world, designated the DPRK as the target for preemptive nuclear attack. The DPRK fought the war in the 1950s amid the open nuclear threat of the U.S. and conducted a peaceful socialist construction despite the U.S. escalating nuclear blackmail. It is also building a thriving nation in the 21st century despite the U.S. extreme moves for igniting a nuclear war. The DPRK's access to nuclear weapons is heralding the independent, just and peaceful new era in the dynamic movement in the world. The U.S. and its followers are trembling in fear of the DPRK's nuclear deterrent. If the U.S. tries to ignite a nuclear war at any cost, it would face ruin by the latest nuclear strike means of the DPRK. |
