The acting first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that the WPK had won victories for a long period under the wise guidance of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

He noted that it is hard to find such an invincible party strongly supported by the popular masses as the WPK.

The chairman of the Communist Party of Germany said that the WPK led by Marshal Kim Jong Un steers the Korean people to the building of a thriving socialist nation while overcoming all sorts of difficulties by dint of Songun.

The director of the Public Education Department of the Committee of Angola for Friendship and Solidarity with Peoples warmly congratulated the WPK Seventh Congress which would become a historic turning point in carrying out the Korean people's cause of socialism.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting held in Russia.
