He went on:

The WPK has recorded the proud history in which it has led the country and people to victory for more than 70 years since its founding.

It has pursued the policy of loving care and trust in the popular masses by regarding the Juche idea founded by HE Kim Il Sung and developed in depth by General Secretary Kim Jong Il as its guidelines.

The DPRK is now fully demonstrating its might as the politico-ideological and military power, nuclear weapons state and satellite manufacturing and launching state under the leadership of the WPK.

That the WPK has made the brilliant success and miracle would be unthinkable without the leadership of Kim Il Sung, the founder of the WPK and eternal President of the DPRK, and Kim Jong Il, the eternal general secretary of the WPK.
