Greeting the stirring, historic moment when a grand blueprint for the rosy future of Kim Il Sung's nation, Kim Jong Il's Korea and Kim Jong Un's most powerful country will be presented, Chongryon and compatriots in Japan recall the glorious history of the WPK congresses that offered occasions for new turn and rapid progress in carving out the destiny of the country and nation, it notes.

The message points out that there are many various political parties in the world, but a party which regards its leader's revolutionary idea as its guidelines and which is named after its founder and leader is only the Workers' Party of Korea, the party of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The dignity and invincibility of the Workers' Party of Korea, which has won victory after victory with extraordinary fortune and glory of holding its historic congresses in the presence of the peerlessly great men of Mt.
