The message said upon hearing the news that the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK published a decision on holding the Seventh Congress of the WPK on May 6, 2016 which would be strengthened as the party of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, party members of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea and supporters extended the sincerest and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un, and, through him, to the leadership of the WPK, party members and all the Korean people on behalf of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder-chairman of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.

It hoped that the congress would be celebrated with splendor as it is a very important and significant national event on the road of modeling the whole society on the Juche idea.
