The message noted that the Seventh Congress of the WPK was a great national jubilee that proudly reviewed the history of glorious victories and prosperity the party of great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism achieved, and a grand political festival that unrolled a bright blueprint for accomplishing the cause of socialism.

Hundreds of years have passed since the politics of parties began to be recorded in the world history of politics and the world witnessed the ruling parties that bragged about their exploits in their eras, but it is only the WPK that created an example unprecedented in human history by carrying out the gigantic socio-political tasks of national liberation and class and human emancipation, remaining undeterred by any global political tempest since its foundation, and thus brought perfect victories to the people, the message said, adding:
