The diploma was conveyed to the DPRK embassy in Brasilia on May 5.

Aluicio Bevilaqua, general secretary of the party, said that it was the biggest honor to award the top diploma of the party to Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK, on the occasion of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.

He said that his party warmly congratulated the Seventh Congress of the WPK, believing that the congress will be a radical turning point in defending national sovereignty of the Korean people, building socialism and accelerating the cause of independence of all the world people against imperialism under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
