Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania, said in a report that the 7th Congress of the WPK which is to be held under the guidance of supreme leader Kim Jong Un would become a historic event, a fresh landmark for making the Korean revolution and accomplishing the cause of human independence.

Dermot Hudson, chairman of the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, noted that in the DPRK the working people including the working class are enjoying an independent and creative life under the wise leadership of the WPK.

A. Usupbayev, chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party who doubles as chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan, said that the WPK has registered brilliant successes in building socialism while smashing the imperialists' moves for stifling the DPRK under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party and the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan are convinced that the 7th Congress of the WPK will work out a bright blueprint for bringing earlier the final victory of the Korean revolution and the country's reunification, he added.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Kyrgyzstan.
