The participants laid a floral basket before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Nampho City and paid tribute to them.

Present at the meeting were captains and crewmen of the Togo-flagged ship Rich Honor and the Chinese Taipei-flagged ship Zhang Hong 1.

Speakers extended the highest glory and warm congratulations to the Seventh Congress of the WPK.

They praised Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for performing in developing the WPK into the invincible and steel-strong party.

They lauded Marshal Kim Jong Un for demonstrating the dignity and national power of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea by wisely leading the WPK.

They hoped the Korean people would achieve greater success in their struggle for carrying out the decision of the Congress under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK.

They expressed belief that only victory and glory would be always in store of the WPK dynamically advancing forward a final victory.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
