At this moment when the nation has had the great fortune of holding up Kim Jong Un as Chairman of the WPK, the Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan are overwhelmed with surging excitement as his immense favor is coming to their minds repeatedly, the letter noted.

It said that the patriotic cause of Chongryon is sure to triumph along with the Korean revolution as it has him in high esteem as chairman of the WPK.

It pointed out that the Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan will make a tangible contribution to the building of a powerful socialist nation in the homeland and the cause of the country's reunification and conduct more energetic work with the Japanese people true to the important guidelines which he indicated at the Seventh Congress of the WPK though the situation gets more complicated and the Japanese authorities become ever more undisguised in suppression.
