| Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- Supreme leader Kim Jong Un received floral baskets from foreign organizations and personages Thursday on the occasion of his election as chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea. Among them were the Japanese Women's Society for Solidarity with the Korean Women, Gunma Prefectural People's Council for Japan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity, Osvaldo Larriva Alvarado, chairman of the Ecuadorian Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, and Julio Ballesteros Espin, chairman of the Ecuador-Guaranda Institute for Friendship and Cultural Solidarity with the Korean People. |
