They demanded the U.S. stop the moves to round off the plan for a preemptive attack on the north and come out to the negotiations and dialogue for concluding a pact for peace on the Korean peninsula.

Chanting anti-U.S. slogans, they denounced the U.S. for forcing south Korea to increase the expenses for the upkeep of the U.S. forces.
