The statement fully supported the ardent appeal made at the Seventh Congress of the WPK to all service personnel, youths and people to launch a campaign of creating the Mallima speed for great innovations and leaping progress to implement the decision of the congress.

The appeal called for never tolerating but mercilessly squashing any element contrary to the idea and intention of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and any slightest act of breaking the single-minded unity and backbiting the Party's policies, the statement noted, and went on:
