The command of the U.S. forces in south Korea set the U.S. facilities at the Dock 8 of Pusan Port under the control of the U.S. imperialist aggressors as the place to which the Jupiter Plan is to be introduced, the plan for the biochemical war, and officially made it known.

The above-said body disclosed that the introduction of the Jupiter Plan directly and fatally threatens the security of citizens.

Noting that the plan of "defensive nature" touted by the U.S. forces is quite unreasonable, the body expressed the will to strongly stand against it.
