The Seventh Congress of the WPK closed in Pyongyang on May 9 is of historical significance for the party and people of the DPRK.

The congress showed that the people are united around the party and the leadership and that the DPRK is ready to hasten denuclearization of the world and achieve peace and security in the region and other parts of the world as a responsible state.

We two parties have forged the relations of friendship and cooperation.
