The baby homes and orphanages were built in an elegant and peculiar style in good locations. They are fully equipped with all amenities and conditions necessary for nursing and educating children including nursing and education rooms, intelligence toys rooms, dancing rooms, combined amusement rooms, indoor wading pools, combined physical exercise rooms and medical treatment rooms.

Officials of South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces, children of the baby homes and orphanages and their employees, builders and working people attended the ceremonies.
