Among them were Hwang Myong, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters; Jong Song Han, chairman of the Hokkaido Prefectural Headquarters; Kim Sang Il, chairman of the Kyoto Prefectural Headquarters; Ri Yong Hun, chairman of the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters; and Kim Yu Won, chairman of the Ibaragi Prefectural Headquarters.

They said in their statements that Kim Jong Un clarified the issue of national reunification as the most important and urgent task and indicated comprehensive ways of implementing it at the Party Congress.

They underlined the need to uphold the line and policies for national reunification advanced by the Marshal as the immortal great programme for pulling down the barrier of division and paving a wide avenue to reunification and the banner of national independence and great national unity for arousing all Koreans to the new nationwide struggle for reunification.

They praised the line and policies for national reunification as the comprehensive succession and development in depth of the idea and line for independent reunification put forward by the great leaders and a perfect great programme for national reunification as they clearly indicate the path of achieving the cause of national reunification.

They expressed their will to breathe with the people in the homeland and keep pace with them with the pride of being the members of the Korean nation and resolutely turn out in the sacred war for accomplishing the cause of national reunification according to the Juche-based line and policies for national reunification advanced by the Marshal.

They fully supported and approved the reunification policies for national independence, great national unity, ensuring of peace and realizing of federal formula indicated by the Marshal as the immortal great programme for comprehensively implementing the behests of the great leaders for national reunification.
