They vowed to implement the line and policies for national reunification and positively support the struggle of the compatriots in south Korea for improving the north-south relations and reunifying the country. They called upon the south Korean authorities to abandon their confrontational attitude, remove legal and institutional mechanisms against reunification, take practical measures for defusing the military tension and conflict, respect the agreements common to the nation and consistently implement them.
