The tournament brought together hundreds of the disabled and amateurs, members of the International Para-Olympic Committee, a member of ITTF and overseas Koreans staying in the homeland.

Divided into groups of disabled and amateurs of different ages, they competed in singles and doubles.

In the disabled group Kim Yong Rok came first in singles while Jon Ju Hyon and Jon Jong Ho finished first in the doubles played by the disabled and amateurs in pair.
