A speech was made by the chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru congratulating Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the WPK.

The international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), the secretary general of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the international secretary of the Peruvian People's Women Union and other personages made speeches.

The speakers praised Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un for building the WPK as a mass political party grouping the working people under the banner of the Juche idea and developing it into an invincible guiding force which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses by orientating the party work and activities toward fully meeting and realizing the desire and interests of the people.
