Among them were a secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the Liberation Movement of Sao Tome and Principe-Social Democratic Party, the national chairman of the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria, the secretary general of the Italian Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and the secretary general of the Milano Center for the Study of the Juche Idea of Italy.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and art works depicting them standing together before paying tribute to them.
