The letter said that the Seventh Congress of the WPK was a great political event which provided the eternal foundation for accomplishing the great cause of Paektu and unrolled a bright blueprint for the final victory of building a thriving socialist nation, the lifelong desire of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

It extended the greatest glory and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un who glorified the Seventh Congress of the WPK as the one of victory and glory demonstrating before the world the invincibility of the party of the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

It is the immutable faith the members of the congratulatory group cherished during their visit to the homeland that the greatness of Kim Jong Un is entirely the strength of the WPK, the invincible revolutionary party, and the complete victory of socialism and they will greet all glories in the road following him, the letter noted.

The members of the congratulatory group vowed to trust and follow only Kim Jong Un, bearing in mind the great pride and self-confidence that they are officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) who had him at the venue of the first party congress in the great era of Kim Jong Un.

They wholeheartedly wished him good health reflecting the unanimous desire of all the officials of Chongryon and other Koreans in Japan.
