Japan has watched for an opportunity to realize its ambition for reinvasion of the Korean peninsula.

It is Japan's policy goal and strategy to avenge the defeat it sustained in the Second World War and realize its old dream of the "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere".

Whenever an opportunity presented itself, the Japanese reactionaries gradually removed legal and institutional mechanism which may hinder its plan for turning Japan into a military power and realizing overseas aggression. The Japanese present regime has made more desperate efforts to realize it than the preceding regimes.

It is a daydream for Japan to reinvade the Korean peninsula.

Japan should take a bold decision to honestly reflect on and make an apology for the past wrongdoings it committed before the Korean nation, not resorting to the ambition of reinvasion.

Japan committed so many crimes to keep Korea divided into two parts for an indefinite period, being opposed to the DPRK's proposal for the independent and peaceful reunification.

The Japanese reactionaries' vicious moves disturbing Korea's reunification are an intolerable challenge and another unpardonable crime against the Korean people.

Japan is well advised to stop the criminal act of blocking Korea's reunification.
