Filipe Nwussi in the message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the WPK at its 7th Congress on May 9, this year on behalf of the Political Bureau, the Central Committee, all members and supporters of the Mozambique Liberation Front Party and on his own behalf.

He expressed warm greetings to the members of the WPK who held the congress successfully and in a militant manner.

He wished the members of the WPK and the Korean people progress and prosperity in all fields of politics, economy, society and culture.
