Revision of Special Law on Ferry Sewol Demanded in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, May 23 (KCNA) -- The April 16 Council of Families and the People's Solidarity for Promise in April 16 held a press conference in Seoul on May 20 at which they called for the passage of the bill on revising the special law on ferry Sewol through the "National Assembly" (NA), according to Yonhap News of south Korea. The "Saenuri Party's" refusal to take part in the NA session made it impossible to probe the truth behind the ferry disaster during the 19th-term NA, they deplored. They demanded the 20th-term NA revise the special law and conduct a special investigation. |
