Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, read out the appeal of the Seventh Congress of the WPK to all the service personnel, young people and other people "Make an all-out charge for the complete victory of socialism by launching the Mallima speed campaign!"

The speakers pledged to take the lead in making a breakthrough in the struggle to carry out the decision of the party congress, saying that supreme leader Kim Jong Un's election as chairman of the WPK at its Seventh Congress was the manifestation of the pure loyalty and absolute trust of all service personnel and people in the peerlessly great man and the revolutionary auspicious event that guarantees the eternal prosperity of the party and revolution, the country and nation.

They stressed the need to dynamically launch a general offensive for achieving the complete victory of socialism as befitting the reliable reserve, advancing group and wing of the party under the uplifted militant slogan "Let the whole party, the entire army and all the people go all out for the implementation of the tasks advanced at the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea to hasten the final victory of the Juche revolution!"

They called for proudly greeting the 9th Congress of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League by displaying the stamina and courage of the young vanguard of Songun in the present general advance.
