The participants in the rally in the letter of protest accused the U.S. army of having conducted anthrax experiment on biochemical weapons.

They noted that stunned by the disclosure of the experiments, all the south Korean people demanded a halt to the experiments and drills relating to biochemical weapons but the U.S. forces pushed ahead with the biochemical war scenario Jupiter Plan.

They demanded the U.S. military authorities punish those concerned and the U.S. president make an apology to the south Koreans.

At the end of the rally they marched to the main gate of the air force base, chanting the slogans against the U.S. moves for a biochemical war. They threw the letter of protest inside the base, braving police suppression.
