Pyongyang, May 25 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's access to nukes is a natural product of the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK. The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea said this in an article posted on website on May 18. The article said that the DPRK's access to nukes completely changed the balance of forces on the earth, adding: Peace can only be protected with strong arms, not by talking or writing. The DPRK took self-defensive measures to cope with the U.S. hostile acts to bring down the former physically. For the DPRK to take self-defensive measures to cope with the undisguised threat of the hostile forces is a legitimate right of a sovereign state stipulated in the UN Charter. The U.S. is the arch criminal who spawned the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula and pushed it to have access to nuclear weapons. As long as the U.S. doesn't roll back its hostile policy towards the DPRK and remove the root cause of its nuclear threat to latter, the DPRK will not be the first to dismantle its nukes. The DPRK's nuclear attack capability will grow remarkably stronger unless the U.S. rolls back its hostile policy towards former. |
