For the DPRK to take self-defensive measures to cope with the undisguised threat of the hostile forces is a legitimate right of a sovereign state stipulated in the UN Charter.

The U.S. is the arch criminal who spawned the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula and pushed it to have access to nuclear weapons.

As long as the U.S. doesn't roll back its hostile policy towards the DPRK and remove the root cause of its nuclear threat to latter, the DPRK will not be the first to dismantle its nukes.

The DPRK's nuclear attack capability will grow remarkably stronger unless the U.S. rolls back its hostile policy towards former.
