The south Korean authorities refuse to repatriate the DPRK citizens they abducted to south Korea, the statement said, and went on:

They even turn down the request of the families of the abductees.

The south Korean authorities confine the DPRK citizens in solitary cells and keep them away from media in violation of the World Declaration of Human Rights and the relevant international convention on human rights.

The UN human rights organizations under the control of the U.S. and the West are keeping mum about the south Korean authorities' human rights abuses.

The south Korean authorities are a group of traitors as they don't respond to the steps the DPRK had taken in good faith out of generosity but detain the DPRK citizens by force.

All these facts eloquently prove that south Korea is a veritable hell on the earth.

We strongly demand the south Korean authorities immediately send back the DPRK citizens.
