Paektu.

They extended the highest glory and warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the WPK in reflection of the unanimous loyalty of officials of the regional association and other Koreans in China.

They said they would turn out in the struggle for meeting all the challenges of the anti-reunification forces and accomplishing the historic cause of Korea's reunification by the concerted efforts of the nation in hearty response to the line and policies for national reunification clarified by Kim Jong Un.

Read out at the meeting were congratulatory messages forwarded to Kim Jong Un by the Zhongnan Regional Association, the Beijing Municipal Branch and the Shanghai Municipal Branch of the General Association of Koreans in China, the Zhongnan Regional Association of the Federation of Korean Young Nationals in China and individuals.

A celebration meeting was also held by the Jiamusi City Branch of the General Association of Koreans in China on May 23.
