At the Seventh Congress of the WPK supreme leader Kim Jong Un clarified the validity of the independent foreign policy of the WPK and stressed the need to improve and normalize the relations with those countries that respect the sovereignty of the DPRK and takes friendly approach to it.

To continuously boost the long-standing and good neighborly relations between Russia and the DPRK favors the interests of the peoples of the two countries.

Prof. and Dr. Sergei Chernyahopski at Moscow State University said:

The DPRK is the most peace-loving country in the world.

At the Seventh Congress of the WPK leader Kim Jong Un said that as a responsible nuclear weapons state, the DPRK will not use a nuclear weapon first unless its sovereignty is encroached upon by any hostile forces for aggression with nuclear weapons, as it had already declared.

This is the very just saying, neither strange nor startling.

We know a little about the DPRK.

It is necessary to know deeply about the life and substantial scientific and technical successes made in this country as much as possible.

The DPRK is the only socialist country which did not undergo any upheaval when east European socialist countries including the former Soviet Union collapsed in the 1990s.

The DPRK is, indeed, a country from which we can learn many things.
